Healthy Foods Education

The first part of our program is Healthy Foods Education®. The reason your employees will benefit from this is that it’s one-on-one coaching and it’s very individualized. Our niche is that we take a person’s 20 favorite foods and incorporate them into their program in a healthy way. The program is easy and very safe. It’s based on the Food Guide Pyramid. We use the five basic food groups to encourage variety. The program is realistic and can be integrated into any lifestyle. This program makes it easy for members to eat with their family and friends. We guarantee loss of 2-7 pounds average per week and these results keep members very motivated.

Metabolism Retraining

Metabolism Retraining® is the second part of our program. We believe every individual should have some type of movement in their life. Our program redefines exercise as metabolism retraining. We teach members how to retrain their body's metabolism (rate your body burns calories) to function at a higher rate. What makes us different from other programs is that we meet every individual at their current level of fitness and design a program that best fits their needs. No matter if a member has 100 pounds to lose or just wants to tone up, we design a specific program for their goal. We find out what kinds of things they enjoy so they have fun too! Our goal is to make movement become a part of their life because we know this is what’s going to keep their weight off permanently and keep them in good physical health. Metabolism retraining is intended to be comfortably implemented into every lifestyle through a fun, motivating, and non-intimidating approach.

Life Success / Goal Maintenance

The third part is the most important component of our program. When you're feeling good about your marriage and family it is more likely that you'll do better at your job. When you're doing great, achieving, building confidence, and doing well in your career, it is more likely that other areas of your life will be affected positively also. Well, that's Life Success®! Life Success®/Maintenance is the part of our program that teaches how to overcome obstacles that prevent people from attaining their goals.
